OREANDA-NEWS. According to preliminary data, the National Bank of Georgia (NBG) international reserve totaled USD 2 941.1 million as of 31 March 2013. The index is less than that as of 28 February 2013 by USD 19.1 million.

The international reserve converted in foreign currency totals USD 2 724.9 million as of 31 March, including that floated as securities - USD 1 769.7 million as well as that on the accounts of foreign banks and International Monetary Fund (IMF) - USD 955.2 million. The amount of funds placed in SDR totals USD 216.2 million. Reserve position with IMF totals USD 15,0 thousand.

Since 2013, the NBG international reserve was increased by USD 68,1 million.
