OREANDA-NEWS. April 09, 2013. Sviaz-Bank’s BLIZKO Payment System launched money transfer services in Abkhazia with cooperation of CB Universal Bank (LLC).

So far, money can be transferred through the BLIZKO system at the bank’s head office at 31 Lakoba Street, Sukhum.

Commission for money transfer through the BLIZKO system is charged at a rate of 0.36% to 2%, and the transfer takes just one minute to reach destination. Money transferred through the BLIZKO system can be collected at any banking services point in the country of destination.
