Crude Oil Production
The amount of 2,214,960 tons of crude oil was produced at JSC TATNEFT in March (100.7 percent versus a similar period of the previous year) with the above-the-plan production in the amount of 57,420 tons (102.7 percent). 6,423,914 tons of crude oil were produced during three months with the above-the-plan production amounting to 160,334 tons (102.6 percent). 6,302,451 tons of oil were delivered with the above-the-plan delivery amounting to 171,531 tons.

New Drilling
The new drilling penetration for three months of 2013 amounted to 142.7 thousand meters (157.7 thousand meters in 2012). Of this amount 108.2 thousand meters (113 thousand meters in 2012) were penetrated for JSC TATNEFT, including production drilling in the amount of 107 thousand meters and exploratory drilling amounting to 1.2 thousand meters. 11.8 thousand meters (13.5 thousand meters in 2012) were penetrated for the subsidiaries of JSC TATNEFT, including production drilling in the amount of 11.1 thousand meters and exploratory drilling in the amount of 0.7 thousand meters.

87 wells (86 wells in 2012) were constructed and delivered to the customers with 59 wells (56 wells in 2012) delivered to JSC TATNEFT, including 58 wells of production drilling and 1 well of exploratory drilling. 10 wells were delivered to the subsidiaries of JSC TATNEFT (5 wells in 2012) including 6 wells of production drilling and 4 wells of exploratory drilling.

Active Well Stock Drilling
The penetration of sidetracking and horizontal wellbores during three months of 2013 amounted to 11.8 thousand meters (9 thousand meters in 2012). 5.9 thousand meters (5.1 thousand meters in 2012) were drilled for JSC TATNEFT.

19 wells (15 wells in 2012) were delivered to the customers. Of this amount 11 wells (11 wells in 2012) were delivered to JSC TATNEFT.

38 drilling crews have been performing well drilling operations since the beginning of 2013; 11 drilling crews are engaged in drilling lateral and lateral horizontal wellbores. One drilling crew performs drilling to the bituminous deposits of Ashalchinskoye field for NGDU "Nurlatneft".

The penetration per crew during three months of 2013 amounted to 3,733 m, while in 2012 the penetration per crew amounted to 3,881 m.

17.1 thousand meters were penetrated outside the Republic of Tatarstan.

Repair of Wells
In March 2013 remedial servicing operations were performed in 741 wells (732 wells in March of 2012), during three months - 2072 wells (2119 wells during three months of 2012).

19 wells were repaired outside the Republic of Tatarstan, including 17 wells for "Tatneft-Samara" and 2 wells for "Tatneft- Severny" (13 wells were repaired during three months of 2012 with 11 wells repaired for "Tatneft-Samara", 1 well for "Tatneft- Severny" and 1 well for JSC Ilekneft).

The workover operations were performed in 618 wells during three months of the current year (229 wells in March), including production string sealing performed in 58 wells, shutting-off individual layers and recompletion in other intervals were performed in 45 wells, transfer of wells into different categories and wells completion for injection in 59 wells, liquidation of downhole complications and cleaning of production casing and bottomhole in 40 wells, installation of isolating packers and dual completion systems in 43 wells and physical liquidation in 5 wells.

153 wells were worked over with application of coil tubing (55 in March), including 29 wells worked over through the annulus.

Formation hydrofracking operations were performed in 134 wells (43 wells in March) (during three months of 2012 - 96 wells). The cumulative incremental crude oil production amounted to 6 million 500 thousand tons.

6 small diameter wells were drilled and completed for JSC TATNEFT by the workover crews during three months of 2013. Drilling of one well for NGDU "Prikamneft" and one well for NGDU "Aznakaevskneft" is in the process at present.

Works on oil recovery enhancement were performed in 583 wells (199 wells in March), including chemical methods applied in 288 wells (88 wells in March).

The incremental crude oil production resulting from application of crude oil recovery enhancement methods amounted to 1,539 thousand tons (1,423 thousand tons during 3 months of 2012) with application of chemical methods accounting for 662 thousand tons (650 thousand tons during 3 months of 2012).

Bottomhole area treatment operations with application of JSC TATNEFT's technologies were performed in 768 wells during three months of 2013.

Production Performance of the JSC TANECO
The TANECO Complex of Refining and Petrochemical Plants processed 644.6 thousand tons of crude oil and yielded 640.3 thousand tons of oil products in March 2013.
