OREANDA-NEWS. April 08, 2013. At the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which was held on 3 April, the draft resolution "On introduction of amendments to the Order of the wholesale and retail trade of vehicles and their components, with the identification numbers."

Normative act was drafted by the Ministry of the Interior as part of the requirements of the National Action Plan for 2013 year to implement the program of economic reforms for 2010-2014 "Prosperous society, competitive economy and effective state" approved by the Decree of the President of Ukraine.

The decree provides registration of contracts of purchase and sale of vehicles directly in the traffic police units, the ability to sell vehicles without registration in the event that it was inherited. There will also be removed the requirement of need to remove the vehicle with them for resale through trade organizations.
