("Company"), comes to public to inform its shareholders and the market that, in March 21, 2013, the Central Bank of Brazil homologated the increase in the company share capital, in accordance with the resolutions of the Board of Directors in December 28, 2012 and March 05, 2013, so that the share capital of the company shall be represented as follows:

Value of share capital plus the homologated increase: BRL 1,078,189,990.90

Total shares: 143.847.098 as follows:

71.978.166 common shares

71.868.932 preferred shares

Value of the increase: BRL 36,289,995.53

The shares issued will be credited to subscribers on April 01, 2013.
