OREANDA-NEWS. April 04, 2013. The President emphasizes inadmissibility of unreasonable unscheduled inspections of enterprises unless there is a court decision. It was stated by him at the meeting of the Committee on Economic Reforms.

According to him, controlling bodies must do everything to release enterprises from additional inspections. “Pressure on entrepreneurs must be eliminated by terminating duplication of supervisory authorities’ functions,” Viktor Yanukovych noted.

“Ukraine will not be able to provide decent conditions for business unless the legislation is changed. Unless there is a court decision, any unscheduled inspection is inadmissible,” the President said. He also added that the authority of regulatory bodies in the context of terminating the work of enterprises should have been reduced to minimum.

The Head of State called State Agricultural Inspection an example of duplication of functions. According to him, this agency holds inspections in technological, fire and environmental spheres as well as in the sphere of radiation control.
