OREANDA-NEWS. April 04, 2013. The opening ceremony for the specialized 28th Real Estate 2013 exhibition fair was held in the Central Artists’ House at 10 Krymsky Val street within the framework of the 11th Russian Real Estate Forum of the real estate market leaders, with Sviaz-Bank participating.

Sviaz-Bank put on display at Stand 15 a specialized exposition in the Mortgage Center section dedicated to its operations in the primary and secondary housing markets, Military Mortgage, and several other programs.

While the exhibition is on, Sviaz-Bank’s representative will give consultations to exhibition visitors on the terms of the Bank’s mortgage loans, options to choose programs to suit their needs and buy a mortgage, and will help borrowers to calculate the real costs of a loan, interest rate, and the loan period.

Sviaz-Bank has been active on the mortgage market since mid-2010, and on January 1, 2013, the RBC.Rating Agency placed it seventh among leading mortgage banks.
