OREANDA-NEWS. April 04, 2013. Sviaz-Bank’s credit card has been named by the Banki.ru portal among the Top 10 best standard credit cards with a grace period for cash withdrawals in Moscow’s banks.

Sviaz-Bank has been ranked sixth among ruble-denominated cards in the Visa Classic and MasterCard Standard categories with a grace period applying to payment for goods and services and cash withdrawals.

Sviaz-Bank’s credit card combines several advantages such as a large credit limit of up to 500,000 rubles, a repayment grace period of up to 55 days, and low interest rates. At the end of the grace period, a 23% interest is charged for the use of credit. A customer, though, may only repay interest every month. Customers can also credit their own money to the card account and use it in payments.

Credit cards were ranged according to interest charged upon expiry of the grace period. Co-brand cards did not make it to the rankings. Maintenance costs were a second ranking criterion. The rankings were compiled from data available on the banks’ official sites and call centers on March18, 2013.
