Financial Highlights

Revenue was down 9% year-on-year, from RUB 16.66 billion to RUB 15.10 billion

Sales profit was RUB 4.35 billion, down 31% year-on-year (2011: RUB 6.32 billion)

EBITDA* shrank 29% year-on-year to RUB 4.68 billion (2011: RUB 6.61 billion)

EBITDA margin was 31%, down from 40% year-on-year

Net profit for the reporting year was RUB 4.24 billion, down 30% year-on-year from RUB 6.09 billion

* EBITDA is calculated as sales profit plus depreciation and amortisation.
