OREANDA-NEWS. April 03, 2013. The transaction with Tele2 has been completed and is now legally binding.

The signing ceremony took place in the presence of the companies' shareholders. Both Tele2 and VTB are pleased with the terms and conditions of the deal.

All legally required corporate approvals from both sides have been obtained.
