OREANDA-NEWS. April 03, 2013. Ukraine has reported in Strasbourg about the course of reform in public land tenure and land use, new rules of order of acquiring, change o fland property right, as was informed by Ukraine’s representative to the Congress of local and regional authorities of the Council of Europe, chief of main department of State Land Agency in Rivne region deputy of Rivne municipal counicl Svitlana Bohayrhuk-Kryvko.

At a session of the Congress she informed her European colleagues about the course of reforms in the state. Peculiar attention was paid to the topic of adherence to ethical behaviour, prevention and counteraction to corruption in the state authority bodies, innovations in the land sphere.

“Launch of the National Cadastre System is an achievement of Ukraine on the way of simplifying procedures of land registration,” underlined the head of the land management service of the region.

Representatives of the Congress got familiarized with the course of reforms carried out in Ukraine and expressed readiness to render necessary expert facilitation to ensure successful advancement of the mentioned reforms.
