OREANDA-NEWS. “Expert RA” assigned reliability rating B++.mfi, which means acceptable reliability, to ‘Entrepreneurship Development Center’ Autonomous Institution of the Republic of Kalmykia (micro-finance company); the outlook is stable, which means high probability of maintaining the rating in the mid-term.

High capital adequacy had a key positive impact on the rating. Acceptable operating costs and high security of provided loans were also typical of the Company.

According to “Expert RA”, high loan portfolio concentration in agriculture, poor credit risk management and low investment appeal rating of the region of presence, the Republic of Kalmykia, are negative for the rating.
