OREANDA-NEWS. Kirovsky Zavod was visited by delegations from 3 regions. Potential and current partners from Bashkortostan, Moscow and Saratov regions got acquainted with the products and production sites of the company and discussed the prospects of supplying "Kirovets" tractors in 2013.

During the visit, the delegations including heads of the administrations, chairmen of the dedicated committees and representatives of agricultural companies of the regions, examined the equipment produced by St. Petersburg Tractor Plant (subsidiary of JSC Kirovsky Zavod). The guests were presented the line of agricultural tractors "Kirovets" packaged with reversible plows "Kirovets-Sukov", harrows "Kirovets-Afrisem" and pneumatic complexes "Kirovets-Bourgault", as well as "Kirovets" construction and utility vehicles. The delegates also learned about the specifics and possibilities of the presented tractors and the system of after-sales warranty and service maintenance of the factory products.

During the tour around the production sites the visitors examined the main tractor assembly conveyor after the recent profound modernization and the welding and assembly production of St. Petersburg Tractor Plant. The members of delegations personally acquainted with the production chain and learned about the multistage quality control system implemented at Kirovsky Zavod and applied to all manufactured products. The conformity control is performed both at the stage of the tractor assembly, and after the finished machine leaves the conveyor: besides, before the shipment to the customers, tractors undergo independent inspections and tests. The quality monitoring system established at the factory allows to timely identify and eliminate any possible deviations in the production chain and guarantees a high degree of reliability of the equipment supplied to the customers. The last point of the excursion was the Museum of history and equipment of Kirovsky Zavod where the guests learned about the achievements and development of the enterprise during more than 200 years.

Such visits of representatives of the authorities and business community of the regions made it possible to present the products of the factory and to display to the current and potential partners the renewed production, as well as hold negotiations for supplies of the equipment. The members of regional delegations unanimously highly appreciated the projects of Kirovsky Zavod for modernization of the production and improvement of the machines' quality system. They expressed interest in updating and expanding the fleet of agricultural machines including tractors, lows, harrows and sowing machines produced by the St. Petersburg company. After the meeting a number of preliminary agreements for supplies of the equipment from St. Petersburg Tractor Plant to the regions were reached.
