OREANDA-NEWS. The tendency of an increase in the number of transported passengers is on the same level. The program of flights is opening up by summer schedule.

In January-February, 2013, the airline "Vladivostok Air" fulfilled 1636 flights on its own private park of aircrafts. Operating turnover amounted 352 million passenger-kilometers. During this period 152 thousand passengers were transferred, 114 thousand people of them by domestic and 38 thousand by international routes.

The growth in the number of passengers compared to the same period last year amounted 3%. The results of the first two months have strengthened tendency which has been began in November 2012, to upward number of air travel. And as a result in the airline company during four months number of passengers is growing up.

In February increased intensity of flights of aircrafts "Vladivostok Air". So, the average monthly flying hours by the Tu-204-300 increased up to 41%, and by A320 — up to 18%.

In the first two months of this year, the punctuality of flights by schedule was 93.64% which 12.56 % increases over the same period of last year.

High rates of growth of qualitative indicators of work of JSC "Vladivostok Air", which became a positive outcome of the integration into the Group of companies "Aeroflot", provide the company a leading position in the market of Far East.

Since March 31 of this year, the airline will start regular flights on the new schedule "summer-2013", which is already formed. It has undergone adjustments to increase the frequency of flights, maintaining most of the airline’s route network. Flights by routes between Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Magadan, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk will be performed daily. Increased the number of flights from Moscow to Blagoveschensk, Chita, Ulan-Ude, and from Vladivostok to Yakutsk. And the number of weekly flights to Tokyo from Vladivostok and Khabarovsk has risen up to three times.

With forming the schedule for the "summer-2013" was modified the most convenient departure times from cities of Far East and Siberia to Khabarovsk and Vladivostok as for passengers travelling to these cities, and for transfer passengers.
