Siauliu Bankas Grants State Supported Credits to Students
OREANDA-NEWS. April 01, 2013. Siauliu bankas has won the tender announced by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania and alongside with two more banks operating in Lithuania will grant the state supported loans to the students tp cover their study price, living expenses and partial studies abroad.
It is planned that the agreement with the State Study Foundation (SSF) regarding the state supported loans will be signed by the end of March.
According to the information provided by the State Study Foundation (SSF) the right to receive the state supported loans could be exercised by the first stage, integrated studies, second stage, third stage students as well as by the students under the study programmes which do not grant the degree.
The students who wish to receive the state supported loan have to submit the applications of the set form electronically prior to March 29, 2013 (inclusive). The list of students who shall be offered to conclude the loan agreement is supposed to be announced on April 18, 2013.
Siauliu bankas started granting the state supported credits to the students since autumn 2009. The conditions offered to the students become better and better each year which led to the increasing number of addressing students by 2.5 times only over the autumn in 2012 in comparison to all other semesters. Siauliu bankas shall further offer not only attractive funding possibilities to the young people but also other banking products.
All the information regarding the conditions of the loan granting and agreement conclusion shall be available on Siauliu bankas website www.sb.lt and provided by the bank‘s offices in any outlet of the bank.
