OREANDA-NEWS. JSB “Ukrgasbank” joined the Polish government program “Financial Support for Exporters” implemented through the Polish state-owned Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) and received a limit of EUR 14 million.

Cooperation with BGK suggests a possibility for Ukrainian importers to receive financing to purchase goods and services of Polish origin at the attractive interest rate.

“Poland is a strategic partner for Ukraine. Our accedence to the program that contributes to the development of the Ukrainian-Polish business ties is an evidence of our successful development and reliability. The limit established by BGK on Ukrgasbank is also a positive signal for the entire banking market in Ukraine” — noted Stanislav Shlapak, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Ukrgasbank.

Henceforth, local companies and private entrepreneurs that have signed contracts with Polish exporters or intend to sign such contract may visit Ukrgasbank offices to receive financing for the period from 1 to 3 years. Financing currencies — EUR and USD.
