OREANDA-NEWS. Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) has been conferred the 4th DSIJ PSU Awards 2012 for Fastest Growing Navratna in non- manufacturing category. The award was presented by Honorable Union Minister of Civil Aviation Shri Ajit Singh to Director (Personnel), POWERGRID, Shri Ravi P. Singh at a glittering function held in New Delhi on 23rd March, 2013. POWERGRID exceeded its planned capex in the 11th Five Year Plan and has set a target of ` 1lakh crore for the 12th Plan. It is the only company to have given a positive RONW in the last three years.
