OREANDA-NEWS. To provide a common platform to discuss various issues related to anti-corruption and vigilance administrative work in public sector, Vigilance Study Circle (Delhi-NCR Chapter) was formed. A meeting was hosted by Shri Parvez Hayat, IPS, Chief Vigilance Officer, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited. About 20 CVOs of Central Public Undertakings and other senior officers from Government of India Departments attended the meeting.

Shri S.K. Singh, IPS, CVO, India Oil Corporation was unanimously elected as President of Vigilance Study Circle (Delhi-NCR Chapter). Shri Parvez Hayat, IPS, CVO, POWERGRID and Shri Shiv Kumar Gupta, CVO, Punjab National Bank were elected as Vice Presidents. Shri S.K. Gulati, CVO, Delhi Development Authority was elected the Joint Secretary, Mrs. Abha Anand Kishore, CVO, Rural Electrification Corporation was nominated as Secretary General. Rest of the CVOs were elected as Members of the Executive Committee.
