Recently, Hongkong Land Holdings Limited signed a contract with Merlin Entertainments Group which agreed to establish subordinate Madame Tussauds, SEA LIFE and LEGOLAND Discovery Centre in Chongqing. Above all, Madame Tussauds, a world famous museum and one of wax work museums with the highest recognized level in the world, exhibits numerous waxen images of world celebrities and often attracts many local residents and tourists.

Merlin Entertainments Group which firstly enters into Chongqing is the world's second largest tourist attractions operation company, next to American Disney in scale.
