Wizz Air Announces 10th Skopje Route
OREANDA-NEWS. Wizz Air, the largest low-fare, low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe announced today that following strong demand for its low fares from Skopje a new route will be launched from 31 May. In addition to the popular services to Stockholm and Malmo in Sweden, Wizz Air will now operate a Skopje-Gothenburg route on Monday s and Friday s. With this new route Wizz Air expects to carry over 350,000 passengers through Skopje Airport in 2013, which represents a growth of 300% versus 2012.
Gothenburg, on the West Coast of Sweden is renowned for its world-class seafood, sea safaris and fishing sport opportunities. Lately Gothenburg has become the hotspot for Kayak lovers. Wizz Air is offering fares from just MKD 1,690 and these hot fares are already available for booking on wizzair.com while stocks last.
