OREANDA-NEWS. Nordecon AS and AS ASTRI-NARVA signed a contract for the construction of Narva ASTRI shopping center’s III phase (situated in Narva town, North-East of Estonia). The works include demolishing the one-storied part of existing center and building of a three-storied part containing approximately 19,000 square meters of new space. The works also include building of a parking house that with open space parking has room for 400 vehicles. Adjacent streets (pavements) of the center are renovated.

The contract value exceeds 15 million euros (excluding VAT). Construction works begin in April 2013 and end in summer 2014.
