OREANDA-NEWS. The leading international financial magazine Global Finance named Belarusbank the best bank of Belarus in emerging markets of the Central and Eastern Europe in 2013. The world's best bank ratings in various categories are published by Global Finance annually for over 20 years.

22 banks from Central and Eastern Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa and Latin America took part in the competition. The editors, assisted by industry analysts and consultants, selected the best banks by growth in assets, profitability, long-term strategy, customer service, competitiveness and innovation.

It is the third time Belarusbank is awarded this sonorous title. The results of the study will be available in the May edition of Global Finance. The awarding ceremony will take place during the annual meeting of the IMF and the World Bank in Washington, in autumn.
