To promote the development of domestic regional markets, from March 4th to 5th, 2013, Wang Xusheng, President of China National Machinery Import and Export Corporation (CMC), and Chen Hualiang, Secretary of CPC Committee of CMC, accompanied Zhang Ru'en, Memeber of the Party Group of GT, Director of the board of GT, and Vice President of GT, to have an investigation tour to Shandong.

During the tour, they held friendly talk with chiefs of Qingdao Port Bonded Area Administration Committee, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement and specific cooperation agreements with them.
