OREANDA-NEWS. March 26, 2013. This is provided by amendments to the Domestic Trade Law passed by the Parliament in the second reading.

In particular the following requirements have been lifted: shopping capacity must be at least 3 000 sq.m.; at least 200 parking lots must be arranged in the combined trade centres, a range of goods must be at least 15 thousand items.

By law, in the case of combined trade, goods are paid for cash or cashless and the tax invoice must be provided after identification of a client with help of a special device.

The issue of the tax invoice and the payment are possible if the electronic system administrated by a seller confirms registration of the client. This provision comes into effect on January, 1, 2016, the Parliament decided.
