OREANDA-NEWS. March 26, 2013. The internal state debt grew 116.1 mln. leis (1.9%) to 6 bln. 275 mln. leis since the beginning of 2013, the Ministry of Finance informs.

In January-February, 2013 its service was allotted to 58.7 mln. leis, 99.5% of the sum budgeted. At the same time, as of February, 28, 2013 the external state debt was 14 bln. 937,5 mln. leis (USD 1 bln. 219,9 mln.), 88.3 mln. leis (0,6%) or USD 25.7 mln.(2,1%) down.

In 2012 the state debt of Moldova increased 1 bln. 958.2 mln. leis (10.2%) to 21 bln. 184.7 mln. leis as of December,31, 2012. At the same time, the internal state debt grew 317 mln. leis (5.4%) to 6 bln. 158.9 mln. leis, the external state debt being 15 bln. 025.8 mln. leis (USD 1 bln. 245.6 mln.) as of December, 31, 2012, 1 bln. 641.2 mln. leis (12.3%) up since the beginning of the year.
