OREANDA-NEWS. March 26, 2013. Energy Consulting held a workshop on streamlining business processes and approaches to enhancement of operating efficiency at the conference "Operating efficiency of banking and investment back-office" in Moscow.

Natalia Solovey, Head of BPM-technology installation Practice, and Elena Yurkina, Head of HR Business Consulting Practice, of Energy Consulting held a workshop for participants of the conference "Operating efficiency of banking and investment back-office".

The workshop enabled for bankers to know better all modern approaches to enhancement of operating efficiency, as well as to discuss the matters of cost reduction and increase of back-office staff motivation. Experts of Energy Consulting scrutinized cutting-edge approaches to description and streamlining business processes, ways of performance achievement, as well as the methods of staff involvement into streamlining business processes.

In particular, they offered an approach to enhancement of business processes including optimization, automation and involvement of participants. They conducted a comparative review of main methods for process upgrading, gave some recommendations for the assessment of optimality and parameters improvement, identified main principles of making arrangements for information support to the amendments being made.
