OREANDA-NEWS. March 25, 2013. Please be informed that the provision of the investment services to the former Ukio bankas’ clients has been resumed.

In compliance with the agreement signed by Ukio bankas AB, Siauliu bankas AB and State undertaking “Deposit and Investment Insurance” all the clients’ securities (except those listed below) kept with Ukio bankas have been transferred to Siauliu bankas AB. All the conditions foreseen by the Investment service agreements remain valid, the clients are not supposed to address Siauliu bankas additionally, only if the client is informed in person otherwise. The clients will be able using the system of the Internet trading of securities through Eta bankas under the previous fees. The trading in shares of the foreign enterprises and investment funds shall be resumed a little bit later - we will provide the additional information on the matter.

The following securities have not been transferred to Siauliu bankas AB:

The units of the funds managed by “Ukio banko investiciju valdymas” UAB. The registers of the fund owners have been transferred to the management company itself. The information shall be provided at +370 37 395526, +370 37 395527.

We kindly remind  that in compliance with the resolution passed by the „Central Securities Depository of Lithuania“ AB all the orders of the Ukio bankas‘ clients which were implemented in full or partially until the suspension of the membership of this bank in NASDAQ OMX stock exchanges were not cancelled and settlements were carried out until 15-02-2013.
