OREANDA-NEWS. The British weekly aviation e-magazine Anna.aero (Airline Network News and Analysis) honoured Ural Airlines as the winner airline in terms of the maximum number of long haul flights (with journey time of more than 5 hours) launched to the Asian region. Within the past 12 months Ural Airlines has significantly expanded its flight map to China. Thus, in February 2012 the air carrier has connected Ekaterinburg and Harbin, then the second frequency was opened on this route. In addition thereto, the airline operates Krasnoyarsk-Harbin, Ekaterinburg-Beijing, and Novosibirsk-Harbin flights. In September 2013, the Chelyabinsk-Beijing flight will be launched; in October, Ural Airlines will connect Irkutsk and Harbin. The British edition has also highlighted the active growth of Ural Airlines flights operated from its key Domodedovo Airport.

Please note that the line-up for all Ural Airlines flights is comfortable European Airbus aircraft equipped with Business and Economy class cabins. The air carrier currently operates 26 imported aircraft (17 A320s and 9 A321s).
