Employees of TATNEFT Go through In-House Environmental Training
OREANDA-NEWS. March 22, 2013. Courses of the employees' professional environmental training are held at JSC TATNEFT. More than 500 specialists starting with the employees of oilfield workshops and offices of structural divisions to the management staff of enterprises and Executive Board Departments will have undergone the in-house training by the end of March.
The goals pursued by this training include inter alia theoretical study of laws and regulations on environmental safety and developing skills of their application in day-to-day activities. Relevant programs have been developed specifically for this purpose: "Providing for environmental safety by managers and professionals of general business management systems", "Providing for environmental safety by managers and professionals of environmental services and environmental control systems" and "Professional education of persons for the right to deal with hazardous wastes."
Classes are conducted at eight branches of LEU "CPC-Tatneft" by teachers of the Additional Professional Education Institute of the Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "Kazan National Research Technological Institute" (KNITU).
Holding of in-house environmental training will allow improving the knowledge of environmental protection activity, which in turn will permit making right decisions regarding environmental compliance and organization of activities to protect the environment.
