OREANDA-NEWS. March 21, 2013.  This was informed by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov at the media conference while answering questions about insufficient loading of the constructed in Lviv for Euro-2012 purposes airport and stadium.

“Technical and economic grounding pursuant to which the airport and terminal were built proves the fact that in the nearest years the terminal will be loaded. Concerning the stadium, frankly speaking, I am extremely sorry for the Lviv leadership, both of the town and the region, who obtained from the state, in fact, a gift - such an up-to-date complex – and are not capable to handle it with prudence,” Mykola Azarov urged.

He added that Lviv airport had been built keeping in mind the prospect of cargo and passenger flows for 50 years to come.

Moreover, the Premier informed that he instructed a Vice Prime Minister Kostyantyn Gryshchenko to consider how to load the stadium in Lviv.

“I am not hesitant that it will be used and will be loaded the same way other sport complexes are used,” Mykola Azarov stressed.

The head of Government emphasized that there exist numerous insinuations concerning loading of one of Boryspil airport terminals.

“The same thing concerns the Boryspil (airport). I repeat once again: nobody builds such objects taking into account only the present passenger flow. We possess all the chances to develop the Boryspil airport,” the PM opined.
