OREANDA-NEWS. Tata Housing Development Company, India’s fastest growing real estate developer, announced the launch of Ariana, Bhubaneswar’s first integrated residential complex at Shankarpur. Ariana is a luxury residential gated community with 12 towers, ranging from 14 to 19 stories with magnificent views of the green landscape. The project would comprise 1 to 3 BHK units.
