OREANDA-NEWS. ALIDI was ranked 12 among more than 100 Russian Companies on the list of Best Russian Employers, made by the leading Russian recruitment holding HeadHunter and published by the most popular Russian business newspaper Vedomosti. For the second consecutive year ALIDI is in TOP – 15 of Best Russian Employers, remaining ultimate leader in the category of logistics and distribution services providers.

This year the number of participants of the research increased enormously. More than 600 companies applied to be qualified, but only 164 were allowed to the final stage. Companies were qualified according to three main factors: willing of job seekers to work in the company, interview with HR-Manager, estimation of employees’ involvement into business processes.

In 2013 the leading positions in list of Best Russian Employers were distributed among Google, MTS and Microsoft.
