The LUKOIL Press Service would like to announce that the company’s Management Committee has decided to reorganize LLC LUKOIL-Tsentrnefteprodukt (http://www.luknef.lukoil.ru/main/default.asp) by singling out LLC LUKOIL-Chernozemyenefteprodukt and transferring the assets (filling stations and a bulk plant) in the Kaluga, Bryansk, Lipetsk, Ryazan, Tula and Orel regions to the new enterprise.

The Management Committee also approved a similar reorganization of LLC LUKOIL-Nizhnevolzhsknefteprodukt (http://nvnp.lukoil.ru/main/default.asp) The new entity, LLC LUKOIL-Yugo-Zapadnefteprodukt, will include the petroleum-product marketing assets located in the Voronezh, Belgorod, Kursk and Tambov regions.

“The marketing enterprises are reorganized in order to optimize the management system for filling stations and bulk plants, and also to enhance the operating efficiency of the petroleum-product supply sector”, Vadim Vorobyev, a LUKOIL Vice President, said.
