OREANDA-NEWS. GOLDCORP INC. (TSX: G, NYSE: GG) confirms that a shipment of gold from the Pueblo Viejo mine, which had been detained by Customs authorities in the Dominican Republic on March 14, 2013, has been released and shipped. Pueblo Viejo is a joint venture between Goldcorp and Barrick Gold Corporation (“Barrick”), where Goldcorp is the 40% partner and Barrick is the 60% partner and mine operator.
