OREANDA-NEWS. March 19, 2013. The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine has achieved an agreement with the Ministry of Automobile Transport of Turkmenistan concerning exchange with quotas for carrying out cargo conveyance by motor transport for 2013 in the amount of 500 – 400 two-way and 100 transit permissions.

Now the Infrastructure Ministry of Ukraine is conducting a respective activity concerning permit exchange.

It should be noted that entry of motor transport means for making conveyance on the territory of Turkmenistan from March 1, 2013 is carried out pursuant to the provisions of a bilateral Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and Government of Turkmenistan on cooperation in the area of international motor conveyance dated February 25, 1993.  

The Infrastructure Ministry of Ukraine calls on motor conveyors to plan transportation along the territory of Turkmenistan taking into account the abovementioned information.

The Ministry of Ukraine is sure to inform about the time permits will be handed over to Ukraine.
