OREANDA-NEWS. PJSC EMAlliance, a member of the largest Russian power plant concern Power Machines, has got the permission for application of the first HRSG for Nyaganskaya GRES (PJSC Fortum). The permission for application is given by Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Inspection and confirms that the issued equipment complies with the requirements and standards of the RF industrial safety. 

 We would like to remind you that PJSC EMAlliance and JSC E4 Group (EPC Contractor of Nyaganskaya GRES construction) signed in July 2009 the Contract for design, manufacture and supply of three HRSGs intended for operation as a part of three PGU-410 of Nyaganskaya GRES (PJSC Fortum), erection supervision and commissioning. 

 The HRSGs are designed with three pressure circuits (three drums) and reheater. This allowed to utilize flue gas heat after the gas-turbine plant with maximum efficiency. Due to the up-to-date technologies application at design and manufacture of HRSGs the equipment reliability and efficiency were increased. 

 The specialists of PJSC Engineering Centre EMAlliance - BSDB BP (Barnaul) have carried out the HRSG design works. The equipment manufacture was carried out on the main manufacturing facilities of PJSC EMAlliance – PJSC “The Taganrog Boiler-Making Works “Krasny Kotelshchik”. 

 The first HRSG was supplied in steps, in component parts, from January 2010 to January 2011. Approximate date of commissioning of the first Unit of Nyaganskaya GRES is the second quarter of 2013.
