Recently, it is learned that WISCO provided100% qualified products for the third line of China’swest-east natural gas transmission project, which is distinguished for the longest distance, the largest pipe diameter, investment andgas volume, and the most complex construction conditions.

With a total distance of more than 5000 kilometers that passes through ten provinces from Xinjiang province to Fujian province and the investment of over one hundred billion Yuan, the third line of west-east natural gas transmission project has been known as a major energy pipeline network project in China.

Since the use of X80 pipeline steel with 0.8 design coefficient in the third line of west-east natural gas transmission project is much more technically difficult, CNPC(China National Petroleum Corporation)demanded a trial production first and proceeded a formal procurement later in the kick-off meeting of trial production held before the project bidding.
