BFA Bank included “Na Grebyetskoy ”Housing Complex (16A Pionerskaya Street, the developer is BFA-Development, CJSC) in the list of the facilities accredited by mortgage programs, as well as the second stage of “Academ Park” Housing Complex located at the crossing of Butlerova Street and Vernosti Street (the developer is ZENIT-Stroy-Invest, LLC belonging to BFA-Development, CJSC). On February, 25, sale of the second staged apartments of “Academ Park” Housing Complex was started.

Buyers of apartments in the “Na Grebyetskoy ”Housing Complex may obtain mortgages of BFA Bank under one of its programs: New building or For improvement of living conditions.

Within the mortgage program New building, the credit is available on bail of rights for apartment under construction. Within the mortgage program For Improvement of Living Conditions, the credit for purchase of apartment in the house under construction is provided on bail of available property.

Within both programs, credits are provided for the period from 5 to 25 years without charging commissions for consideration, allowance and advanced repayment of the credit. The minimum credit amount under New building program is RUB 500,000; the minimum down payment amounts to 15% of the value of the purchased apartment.
