OREANDA-NEWS. KAMAZ became the winner of the All-Russian contest – “The Best Russian enterprises. Development, efficiency, responsibility – 2012” – in the nomination “For sustainable development of the company”.

The Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) organizes this contest in order to choose fast-developing companies on the basis of rating scores and contribute to their sustainable development. The contestants were chosen by regional offices, employers’ unions and organizations, as well as labour bodies of RSPP.

The contest was held in two stages: the first round was held in February, the second one was in March. To choose the best of the best, the organizers focused on generally accessible information. The jury assessed the contenders in the nomination “For sustainable development of the company” by the following criteria: an increase in proceeds from selling products (rendering services) and net profit, average monthly wage and labour productivity growth, entry into new markets (including export ones), the approved development strategy, timely and full payment of wages. KAMAZ showed excellent results in all these criteria.

The winners will be awarded during the Russian Business Week which will take place in Moscow in April.
