OREANDA-NEWS. OJSC KAMAZ’s subsidiary took a decision to prolong the validity of its collective agreement till 2013-2014 at an annual conference devoted to the results of the execution of the collective agreement.

The conference was opened with a ceremony of awarding the winners of competitions among working teams. Uel Khusainov, General Director of the company, highly assessed the employees’ work during a year and drew attention to a number of serious and urgent problems, emphasizing tasks to increase labour productivity and proceeds, save resources and optimize the personnel.

Uel Khusainov and Evgenia Korotkova, Chairman of the company’s Trade Union, signed a document to prolong the collective agreement till 2013-2014.
