OREANDA-NEWS. Billing system implementation in TGC-2 is necessary for client servicing and forming of a single information system of mutual settlement with energy recourses and supplies of consumers in Yaroslavl and Arkhangelsk regions. System implementation is planning in spring 2013.

The billing system implementation would mark up the payment collectability for consumed services, rise the loyalty and efficiency of personnel work. The centralized access to subscribes of housing fund block of flats, the recourses delivery, verification of mutual settlements, customers being in the know about the way of services payment.

The interaction with service organizations on the platform of a single base of registration certificates of consumers is a differential advantage of a billing system. It would provide 200 thousand customers of physical persons and 6 thousand of entities.

The contractor for project realizing is IT-company GMCS (www.gmcs.ru). The company worked out the conception on the base of MECOMS™.

TGC-2 is a leading heat and power company in the Northern and Northwest parts of Russia.
