PIK Group presents its large-scale residential development projects at the Stands of the Moscow Government and the Moscow Region Government within the framework MIPIM - the 24th international exhibition of commercial real estate annually organized in Cannes, 12 -15 March 2013.The President of PIK Group Pavel Poselenov personally headed the delegation.

PIK Group presents two new projects of complex residential development City Quarters and Varshavsky Lights, both located in Moscow. The projects are integrated development of former industrial areas, a part of the city program for the rehabilitation of industrial areas in Moscow.

City Quarters located in the heart of new business Moscow area, near the World Trade Center, The White House, the largest exhibition complex and the Moscow-City business district and two metro stations Vistavochnaya and Mezhdunarodnaya.

City Quarters project is one of the best examples of industrial territory renovation plan in Moscow historical center. The old factory with catching area of 6.83 ha is replaced by a contemporary residential district, naturally integrated into the city environment.

City Quarters is a fully integrated residential district. The development plan includes construction of 176,000 square meters of modern residential housing, a high school, a kindergarten, an underground multi-level parking for 1880 car lots, retail and commercial infrastructure and other necessary services. All the buildings are connected by landscaped pedestrian area. Within a walking distance from City Quarters there is a recreational zone with a park and a pond for all-year-round leisure activities.

Another project, presented by PIK Group at the exhibition, is a residential complex Varshavsky Lights located in the South of Moscow within walking distance of the metro stations Annino and Akademika Yangelya street.

The project area is located within the territory of former Gasstroymash factory on the land plot of 8.87 hectares. Within the Varshavsky Lights project will be carried out all necessary works for territory rehabilitation and remediation, which will significantly improve the environmental situation in Southern Chertanovo.

Residential project includes construction of 130,000 square meters of modern residential housing and entire infrastructure: a kindergarten for 220 children, underground parkings, developed recreation zones as well as the whole range of social services and commercial infrastructure. The Group will also construct all necessary transport infrastructure. The project includes development of green and natural areas, including a large park. These measures will significantly improve ecological situation in South Chertanovo residential district as well as Moscow in general.

At the Stand of Moscow Region Government PIK Group presented a number of its large-scale projects, including Red Hills (southeast from Moscow), Buninsky (south from Moscow), Novokurkino and Levoberezhny (northwest from Moscow). In addition, at the stand of the Krasnodar territory PIK presented its residential project Pikadilli, located in Novorossiysk.
