OREANDA-NEWS. Gazprom Neft ranks among the top ten companies in Russia's Employers 2012 , a list compiled annually by the human resources holding company HeadHunter and published in the newspaper Vedomosti . Gazprom Neft was the only oil-producing enterprise that ranked within the top ten positions on the list, and it was the highest-rated employer in Russia's energy industry.

The 2012 list includes 108 companies, which is eleven more than the previous year. A total of 221 companies were considered for placement on the list. According to the selection criteria, a candidate's overall score was composed of points given by job seekers, human resources experts, and employees.

Gazprom Neft Deputy CEO for Administration Vitaly Baranov said, "Gazprom Neft is participating in the Russia's Employers list for the second year in a row. For us, this is an additional tool for the objective assessment of the effectiveness of our efforts to attract and motivate qualified employees. The results of the assessment testify that a high ranking in the list depends not only on job seekers' traditional interest in working in the oil and gas industry. The main factors are a goal-oriented hiring policy which allows us to attract the most professional employees in order to ensure that the company is successful in its endeavors, as well as a strong recruitment brand."
