OREANDA-NEWS. March 13, 2013. International Industrial Fair and Cooperation Exchange will be held in two phases in 2013.

The decision was adopted in line with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan “On measures on organization and holding of International industrial fair and cooperation exchange in 2013”.

The document said that the first stage – territorial and industrial fairs – will be held in March-June 2013.

The second stage - International Industrial Fair and Cooperation Exchange – will take place from 29 October to 2 November 2013.

The Government of Uzbekistan approved a proposal of the Ministry for Foreign Economic Relations, Investment and Trade of Uzbekistan to hold fairs of consumer goods of local productions within the International Industrial Fair and Cooperation Exchange.

Directorate of International Industrial Fair and Cooperation Exchange was ordered to update single information base of producers of Uzbekistan. It also should publish Catalogue of industrial products of Uzbekistan by 20 October 2013.

As reported earlier, the agreements for 5 trillion soums and export contracts for over US billion were signed within the Sixth International Industrial Fair and Cooperation Exchange, which was held last year.
