OREANDA-NEWS. March 13, 2013. Visiting meetings regarding issues of development of fuel and power complex of Solnechnogorsk and Klin districts took place in Moscow Region. Deputy Chairman of Government of Moscow Region Dmitriy Pestov took part in the meeting in Solnechnogorsk, and in Klin – Minister of Energy of Moscow Region Mikhail Kruchinin. Discussion topic became work of companies, providing territories of these municipal formations with electricity and gas.

Director of branch of JSC “MOESK” – Northern Electric Grids (NEG) Vladimir Shitin was among speakers in Solnechnogorsk. He told about how electric grid infrastructure develops on the territory of the district, specially pointing out issue of further improvement of forms and methods of work on grid connection of consumers.

Having listened to information of Vladimir Shitin, participants of meeting decided on the spot, in the place, to get acquainted with quality of given services in Solnechnogorsk District of Electric Grids of NEG. Dmitriy Pestov asked employee of client group how he can make application for connection of capacity of 500 kW, what difficulties he can have while forming of application and in what term it will be considered? He got exhaustive replies on his questions: no difficulties in applications formation occur. Department of consumers servicing is in the next room, term of application consideration is according to the law one month, explained Vladimir Shitin in his turn, but Northern Electric Grids, executing order of Director General of JSC “MOESK” Pyotr Sinyutin, work upon reduction of terms of applications consideration. Now they are an average of 17 days, and will be reduced to 15 days.

State of fuel and energy complex of Klin district was discussed in Klin. Its participants agreed with the fact that district power system functions reliably, there are no acute issues, and that is why basically perspectives and directions of industrial development of district were discussed at the meeting. The question was, particularly, about new industrial zones and possibility of getting of power resources by them. Two economic zones are being established in Klin district – in Spass-Zaulok and Vysokovsk, interest for them was shown bas well by famous Japanese companies- producers of electric engineering. As Head of Klin district Alexander Postrigan’ announced, capacities in amount of 180 megawatt will be needed for economic zone in Spass-Zaulok, and for Vysokovsk – 120 megawatt. Acting Director of Northern Electric Grids Sergey Ivannikov draw attention of participants of meeting to the fact that the whole Klin district consumes 100 megawatt, and capacity of Northern Electric Grids in the district – is 384 megawatt. In order to provide Spass-Zaulok and Vysokovsk with capacity, three times exceeding consumed by the whole district, it is necessary to work out joint technical solution, to make clean step plan of its realization and raise financial assets. Minister of Energy of Moscow Region Mikhail Kruchinin supported proposal of Sergey Ivannikov and gave corresponding entrustment to Head of Klin district Alexander Postrigan’.

Mikhail Kruchinin got also acquainted with organization of work of client group of Klin District of Electric Grids of NEG. He was interested in how many applications for grid connection of consumers accepted monthly (average approximately 200), if there are many delays on applications, complaints? Minister, having attentively got acquainted with organization of work of client group, pointed out that there is everything for qualitative service of population of Klin district, and wished successful work to personnel of client group.
