OREANDA-NEWS. March 13, 2013. Within the framework of Program on increase of quality of client service management of branch of JSC “MOESK” – Southern Electric Grids (SEG) carried out dialogue live on television with residents of Stupino district regarding issues of grid connections to electric grids of JSC “MOESK”.

In Stupino TV studio were present: Deputy Director on Development and Realization of Services Denis Yakunin and Head of Department of Capital Construction Dmitriy Belevitin.

Heads of enterprise told about main objectives, set before the branch, and about problems, which need to be solved at the moment, and also answered numerous calls of TV viewers: more than 80 % of them touched upon issues regarding terms of documentation formation, construction and connection to electric grids.

As Denis Yakunin pointed out, “relevancy of objectives on increase of quality of work with clients is determined not only by the Company’s strategy, but also objective conditions of development of industry branch in Moscow Region wide. Thus, only in Stupino district in 2012 1050 applications for grid connection for capacity of more than 24 MW were received. Analysis shows that quantity of expected applications in 2013 will not decrease, and increase will amount to not less than 150 %”. He also noted that application to portal of grid connection of JSC “MOESK” (http://utp.moesk.ru) will allow to anyone wishing to get full and objective information on the procedure of grid connection to electric grids of the Company, main thesis of which is “Five steps in three visits”.

The most important issue, considered during the dialogue, was increase of reliability and quality of electric power supply. “Unfortunately, sometimes residents of the district face temporary inconveniences, connected with cut-offs of electric power. I ensure that each of such situations is forced and necessary. To reduce time of possible cut-off of consumers and improvement of quality of consumed electric power planned reconstruction of power facilities is held, Repair and Investment Programs are realized, - Dmitriy Belevitin told to TV viewers during the dialogue. - For instance in Stupino district, while realizing of Investment Program of the last year, power engineers of SEG reconstructed 273 objects of distribution grids (DG) 4/6/10 kV. Capital investments in modernization and enlargement of DG of this sector amounted to more than RUR mln 158. In this year this figure will grow almost by 40%”.

Management of the branch decided to conduct direct dialogue with residents of the district in order to take off acute issues, to eliminate misunderstanding regarding separate moments. Explaining their position, telling about positive changes, concerning procedure of grid connection, power engineers hope to come to mutual understanding and gradual elimination of conflict situations with people.
