OREANDA-NEWS.  SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev attended the opening ceremony of SOCAR filling station in Tbilisi. The facility, 104th among the fuel stations and 4th among the gas-filling stations in Georgia, was supplied with the advanced gas compressor of Argentinean Galileo production.

 It provides safe and qualified gas supply for vehicles.

The same day, Georgian governmental officials and SOCAR management attended the opening ceremonies of several facilities in Bolnisi and Marneuli regions. The officials opened a new gas pipeline in the village of Fakhrali, in the Bolnisi region. Afterwards, Fakhrali Bridge was opened. The guests also visited Marneuli region and opened Gorarkhly Bridge. The events were attended by Georgian Minister for Reintegration Paata Zakareishvili, Minister for Natural Resources and Energy Kakha Kaladze, SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev, SOCAR Vice-President Suleiman Gasimov, head of SOCAR Investments Department Vagif Aliyev, head of SOCAR Energy Georgia Mahir Mammadov, MPs, and other officials.
