OREANDA-NEWS. SPI Group, the owner of Stolichnaya Premium Vodka, has announced the appointment of Seymour Ferreira as CEO of its Baltics Business Unit.

Seymour has over 25 years of extensive senior level experience in alcoholic beverages and consumer goods industry with Maxxium, Allied Domecq, UDV (Diageo predecessor) and Mars across Asia, Eastern and Western Europe.

Over the past 4 years, Seymour has operated as an entrepreneur, consultant and co-founder/Managing director of two start-up alcoholic beverage businesses, based out of Amsterdam.

Prior to this, Seymour managed business units at Maxxium for 7 years, first as Managing Director South East and North Asia based in Singapore and later as Managing Director Venture Europe, Maxxium’s largest business unit. Earlier, Seymour spent 6 years with Allied Domecq in regional and country leadership roles in Asia Pacific, based in Tokyo, Singapore and Manila, from where he oversaw local markets, production and distribution joint ventures. Formerly, with UDV, Seymour served in Asia, Japan and Australia sales development roles based out of Hong Kong, and as a Commercial Director of the UDV/Moet Hennessy Joint Venture Riche Monde, based in Taiwan.
