OREANDA-NEWS. March 11, 2013. The State Inspection of Ukraine for Protection of Consumers’ Rights has imposed penalties at the sum of UAH 190 mln to the fuel station of the Ukrnafta enterprise in Kyrovohrad region. This was informed by the head of State Inspection of Ukraine for Protection of Consumers’ Rights Serhiy Orekhov during a briefing at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

“We have checked the fuel station and a number of other stations and issued a fine to this firm to the tune of 190 million hryvnyas,” he explained.

Serhiy Orekhov emphasized that the company has appealed, however the State Inspection of Ukraine for Protection of Consumers’ Rights won the appeal, afterwards the company referred to the Court of cassation. “We have won the case in the court and in the appeal court either. Our opponents referred to the court of cassation, but the date is not fixed yet. When we have new data we will certainly inform the society,” the head assured.
