After separating the good and the bad banks, Siauliu bankas has been presented with the lists of the clients that have been transferred to Siauliu bankas - the data of these clients can be accessed by the Siauliu bankas‘ employees and by the former clients of Ukio bankas themselves.

All the former clients of Ukio bankas that are able seeing their accounts after connecting to the Internet banking system „Eta bankas“ can dispose their funds and further perform their financial transactions which are being gradually resumed by Siauliu bankas (except clients non-residents).

If after connecting to the „Eta bankas| the client cannot see his accounts, cannot verify the balances on the accounts, it means , he and his liabilities (or a part of his deposits and liabilities) have been assigned to the bad bank - such resolution has been passed following the provisions of the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors. Such clients should address Ukio bankas which is being administrated by the temporary administrator and to which the non-insured deposits and the bad assets of Ukio bankas have been assigned - please contact via the e-mail: klientai@ub.lt
